Workways Excelsior 44 at Zaventem is the latest addition to our group of flexible workspaces, located in the main business hub; a 5-minute journey from the Brussels International Airport, easily accessible by car, taxi, public transport and bike thanks to the new bicycle highway linking Brussels-Louvain, and passing in front of our offices. So close to Belgium’s capital, Workways Excelsior 44 offers all the advantages of a great strategic location. In our 6,000 m2 building offers fully serviced offices from 1 person starting out to up to 100 people. It can accommodate up to 600 people and has a secure car park with over 200 places, electric car charging points and enclosed garages. We offer an excellent variety of meeting rooms, training rooms and creative rooms. Located next to Workways Excelsior 8, you can access all the facilities of this building, including the health club and games rooms, with a premium membership.
